    Don’t waste your energy.
    Whenever we are dealing with bad news, a difficult person or a disappointment of some kind, most of us react instinctively. We display certain habits of reacting that don’t serve us very well. We over-react, blow things out of proportion and focus on the negative aspects of any given situation. When we get irritated, annoyed and easily bothered by the little things, our frustrations get in the way of getting what we want from life.
    Get rid of that old habit and modify your reactions; build new habits. Save the energy and use it to better your life.
